The First Day Scorecard is comprised of a subset of the commitments made in office called the Climate Plan for a Clean Energy Revolution and Environmental Justice. First Day actions jumpstart activity. The Scorecard will reflect the initiation of work, not the completion. All actions begin coded as Not Initiated. As Executive Orders are issued and actions are directed, commitments will be scored accordingly: Actions Initiated or Partially Initiated.
